Grand opening, grand closing.
Earlier this week the DopeHouse reported that incarcerated rapper Bobby Shmurda was set to have a bail hearing to determine if he would be released from jail since being arrested in late 2014 on various drug, assault and gun charges. The family of Bobby – whose real name is Ackquille Jean Pollard – had even, reportedly, put up several properties as collateral for his $2 million bond, working with famed NYC bondsman Ira Judelson to get him out as well.
Unfortunately, that was not enough and their efforts were once again in vain. At a bond hearing today (December 3rd), his attempt to make bond once again was denied by the judge. According to bastion of all things hip hop, TMZ, his bail arrangement was changed and now his legal team will be forced to try again. Bobby has another court date next month.
