With their sophomore album, Evermore: The Art Of Duality, now available and a new project, Lords of Flatbush 2, on the horizon, The Underachievers have released an eponymously-titled mini-documentary on their second LP. The doc outlines the origins of AK and Issa Gold’s burgeoning rap career (Issa was actually AK’s manager at one point, although “it only lasted a week” he jokes), their Beast Coast affiliation, the motivation behind the second album and more.

Evermore also touches on the struggles that not too many people may know about. While AK gives a tour of his harsh Flatbush neighborhood, Issa even opens up about his past battle with drug addiction and depression. Through music, both were able to overcome their respective obstacles to become two of the most exciting young acts out today.

The Underachievers will also spend the early stages of Spring 2016 on a European tour. Check below for the scheduled dates.
