Milwaukee-born songstress Lili K. is long off the release of her Ruby LP, which dropped back in May, but she’s still in the process of pushing it with unveiling the video for “Pour Some Shuga.”
The song, which revolves around the idea the singer had her heart broken and the heartbreaker poured some sugar on the wound to not make the heartbreak seem so bad, gets a corresponding visual set in a diner full of, well, arguing and heartbreak. There’s no shortage of sugar at every table in a diner, so it’s the perfect setting to sweeten up the newfound desolation.
