So this is an interesting way to release a song.

Adrian Younge‘s Something About April II is set to drop in January, and today, RZA released a remix of one of the album’s songs, “Hands Of God,” which features singers Karolina and Laetitia Sadier. The only thing is, the original version of Younge’s “Hands Of God” isn’t even out yet. So we’re getting a twist on a song that we have no idea what it sounds like.

Anyway, RZA said he remixed the song because he was inspired by Ennio Morricone’s score to Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie, The Hateful Eight. RZA’s remix is full of murder, gore and life-contemplation just as the movie contains. The Wu Tang legend seems to take on the role of an energetic narrator, as he gets excited at the thought of the “hateful 8” getting ready to take on its next victim.

Stream RZA’s remix below, and if you haven’t seen The Hateful Eight yet, hopefully RZA’s enthusiasm will implore you to do so.
