ATLien resident and Okayplayer affiliate Danny! makes his triumphant return following a brief hiatus. The last time we heard from Mr. Swain, he was celebrating his born day which coincided with the release of “B*tches Everywhere.”
Today, Danny! announces his new, upcoming LP titled The Book Of Daniel which is due out for a February 29th release date (which is leap day this year). As of now, the project is expected to feature Just Blaze (not production), James Poyser and Dice Raw of the Roots, Miri Ben Ari, Phonte, Anthony David and Blu.
According to Danny!, the new album will “continue the late 90s Timbaland sound that was on parts of “Payback“, and will be released on Extreme Music, a music label formed between Sony and Viacom/MTV.”
