At this point, following “You Don’t Know,” “Better For You,” “Already In Love” and “#BDAY,” it’s pretty obvious how Tank’s album is shaping up: It’s good-enough R ‘n’ B music for you dudes who still use good-enough R ‘n’ B music to get your lover (or yourself) in the mood. “Relationship Goals” follows the formula of yesteryear, updating the terminology and sound a bit, as Tank delivers a proclamation that he and his lover should represent the ideal relationship for the rest of the world.
