The career arc of B.o.B isn’t unfamiliar: a solid series of introductory mixtapes, sign to a label, have a couple massive pop/rap hits, then a relative fade. Over the the last two years, Bobby Ray has released six mixtapes, an EP and one “surprise” album, Psycadelik Thoughtz, yet outside of “HeadBand,” he hasn’t found much success re-entering the pop-rap world. The ATL native is back, though, with another mixtape, F.I.R.E., which stands for False Idols Ruined Egos.

At nine songs, the mixtape features simply the talents of B.o.B. Whether he returns to the form of the B.o.B vs. Bobby Ray or E.P.I.C. days remains to be seen. Stream F.I.R.E. below, and download the mixtape of Datpiff.
