Producer V Don released his new album, The Opiate, in November 2015. The project featured an eclectic “who’s who” of rappers: Doley Bernays, the A$AP Mob, RetcH, Smoke DZA, Willie The Kid and many others. Following offerings such as “Get Lifted” and “Cake,” Don reveals a set of visuals for the LP’s third single, “Shrimp & Broccoli.”
The video is akin to an ocular representation of the album; purple haze-clouded visions, a dark and dank backdrop over unflinchingly cold raps from guests Da$h and Sha Hef. Watch the Crook Robbins-helmed clip, and be glad that the weather is likely warmer in your city.
