Back in 2005, Macklemore released a thought-provking song called “White Privilege” on his solo album, The Language Of My World. Now, with their new album, This Unruly Mess I’ve Made, arriving next month, the Seattle native and his running-mate Ryan Lewis have returned with a sequel.

At nearly nine minutes, “White Privilege II” touches on racial injustice in America, the #BlackLivesMatter movement, and everything in between. This one is sure to get people talking.

Press play below on the Jamila Woods-assisted track below and head to iTunes to pre-order the LP before its February 26th release.

“White Privilege II” is available for free download on iTunes.
