It was revealed a month ago Killer Mike and El-P are officially working on Run The Jewels 3 when the producer side of the duo shared a snippet from the upcoming album. To help ease the wait for the next LP, Run The Jewels continue to push their Meow The Jewels remix album, where they remixed their songs with cat noises.
After getting hilarious and slightly disturbing videos for “All Meow Life” and “Oh My Darling, Don’t Meow,” Meow The Jewels deliver an equally as odd and nightmare-inducing video for “Meowpurrdy” — the remix to “Jeopardy.” Featuring cats throwing up cats, cats with no body and three legs and cats as fish (not catfish, but cats as fish), Killer Mike’s and El-P’s raps are far scarier in this setting than in rotation of Run The Jewels 2.
