Jay IDK grabs BJ the Chicago Kid for his latest tender and intimate loosie, “Cookie Addiction.”

Within the first couple bars, you can grasp the full sexual nature of the song (that is, if you couldn’t tell the song wasn’t about an actual addiction to Chips Ahoy). The addition of the soulful BJ the Chicago Kid, who himself is dropping an album by the end of the month, only furthers the aura of affection.

Jay IDK, a DMV native, spoke to Billboard, who premiered the tune, about the sexual nature of the song:

“In my album SubTrap, I refer to the music industry as “Her” — a woman that, at first, was only supposed to be a one night stand, but ended up making me fall in love before I could even get a taste of what she had to offer. It’s the perfect metaphor for my thoughts entering this industry versus my thoughts actually being in it. At first I thought I could go to school and do music on the side and be successful, but the more I began to understand the industry, the more I fell in love with it. “Cookie Addiction” is me thinking about having sex with ‘Her.'”
