After leading a successful, fan-approved campaign for his #ReBlessed LP (plus bonus EP) last year, San Diego/Los Angeles emcee Kahlee shifts out of idle mode and into third gear.

Linking up with his Fresh State cohorts Ric Scales and Uptown Swuite, plus Covina’s Namek – this fresh pool of emcees – led by Kahlee, deliver their FreEP Loogie. Driven by Soulplusmind’s dark, brooding instrumental featuring a familiar BCC sample, all four lyricists spew and spit some of their finest 16s. Hence the title track’s name, “Loogie.”

BONUS: Check out the official moving images for “Loogie,” shot before the recording of the EP, where they “allegedly explored mother natures psychedelic treats.” Shot/directed by Muds One.

Keep it locked for the official video to the civil rights-themed single “For My People” featuring Uptown and Odessa Kane next week.
