This past weekend, J. Cole took the stage as the headlining act at Shaun White’s Air + Style event at Exposition Park in Los Angeles.
On a day that featured performances from A$AP Ferg, Action Bronson, Dreamville’s Omen, Cozz and Bas, and A-Trak, it was Cole who pulled off the most memorable moment. After hyping up the crowd with a pump-fake of “Who Dat,” the Forest Hills Drive rapper flipped the script and went right into a surprise performance of The Notorious B.I.G.’s classic Life After Death single, “Hypnotize.”
