Off her upcoming Living Life Golden LP, Elliphant links with Skrillex for the project’s second single, “Spoon Me.” Like many electronic singles, especially ones with sexual undertones overtones and intimate production, I wouldn’t be surprised to see “Spoon Me” get a remix treatment in the future. As it stands, it gets a little repetitive with the hook getting a little whiny after the second go ’round. Another voice could help add some catchiness to this song.
