I’m hoping that we get to see something from Big K.R.I.T. in 2016. While he’s been quiet following his well-received surprise mixtape It’s Better This Way, he recently sat down with Mass Appeal to participate in their long-running Rhythm Roulette series.

Taking to Sweet Melissa Records in Atlanta, K.R.I.T’s records of choice included Linda Clifford’s I’m Yours, Seatrain’s self-titled 1970 album, and Culture Club’s Waking Up with the House on Fire. After flipping samples from the respective albums, Krizzle decided to lay some vocals to the end product as well. So, uh, when can the fans get that song K.R.I.T? Asking for a friend.
