Sir Michael Rocks is just having fun with this one, man, and it turns out to be one of his most enjoyable releases yet.
The Cool Kid is gearing up to drop his Populair 2 EP, a follow-up to his album released in September, on April 8, and today, he delivers the first offering, “How Are You So Calm.” At its root, the song has Mr. Rocks bouncing over sample-heavy, head-bobbing production boasting about his income, looks and his relatable nature. But the most impressive part? It seems the Chicago native is just relaxing and having fun with the beat. We need more of that.
