We are now two months (and some change) removed since Ohio native Vice Souletric released his Vice For President 2 LP, which featured Rapper Big Pooh, 9th Wonder, Skyzoo, Talib Kweli and more.
Since its release, I’ve found myself personally revisiting the project on numerous occasions, and I have to say, as unbiasedly as I can, it’s up there as one of my top 10 full-lengths to drop in 2016. While the entire project is rewind worthy, I’d have to choose “The Cipher,” “90s Sumthin,” “Respect the Legends” and “iRap” as a few of my favorites.
Today, Vice gives us the greenlight to premiere his latest visual for the album’s opener, flexing his lyrical dexterity from within the shadows, instead choosing to focus the spotlight on the Ohio emcee’s brilliant bars.
