Although it is the title of his forthcoming LP, to only refer to Aesop Rock as The Impossible Kid would be doing his 20-year career in rap a disservice. From the Definitive Jux era to his leadership within The Weathermen, Rock’s album — his first since 2012’s Skelethon — is slated to arrive on April 29th — is sure to be another well-received opus from the Rhymesayers signee.

Following his far-out-there video for “Blood Sandwich,” Aesop unveils his “Lazy Eye.” A one-shot take live from the Peculiarium, Portland’s oddities museum, the clip is relatively tamer than his its predecessors in that he’s just rapping while walking past weird sights and sounds. Pre-order The Impossible Kid now.
