Although they’re fairly new on the grounds of the DopeHouse, the California duo of Wafeek and Steve Spiffer made a great first impression when they released their Too Short-sampling banger “Favorite Word” at the tail end of March.
The unapologetically Bay Area monster cut also featured a guest verse from Killer Mike and cuts by Trackstar the DJ (both of Run the Jewels fame).
Now, Feek and Stevie are ready to show the world what they’re really about on their new EP, Rick & Morty. Consisting of 5 tracks, the project is an obvious homage to the Adult Swim cartoon of the same name, with the running theme of Dimension 420 — where the rap game in the cartoon’s universe resides.
