It seems like Rich Homie Quan is pretty sick of not getting at least some respect from a certain group of individuals. Between “Dubai” and his new cut, “Driveway,” Quan seems hell-bent on getting people up on his talent, but doing it in the rawest way: delivering bars.
There are times when people may err on the side of caution before committing to Quan’s skills (i.e., when he “freestyled” on Tim Westwood’s show), and it’s understandable, but he’s more than an understudy to Young Thug’s sing-songy, oozing flow. “I remember I was broke, ’cause I wanted to do sh*t my way, now I got like 14 cars lined up in my driveway,” he spits, so at the very least, know that either way he’s got money to fall back on, and lots of it.
