Yeah, JAY Z just came from out the Lemonade stand to show the world he can still take it “All The Way Up.” Yes, Chance the Rapper is changing the game with his Coloring Book release. Both ScHoolboy Q and Ab-Soul are ready to go. There’s a lot to celebrate in the rap world. But all that will sit to the side when the third season of POWER arrives.

Making a shift from its regular Saturday night time-slot, the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson—produced thriller will now takeover the end of your weekend with a premiere date set for Sunday, July 17. And, based on executive-producer Courtney Kemp’s assessment of the next season, we’re in for a non-stop rollercoaster of adrenaline.

“I really want to blow people’s minds,” Kemp told EW. “I really want to pump more octane in to season 3. More things will happen and there’s more stimuli. It’s not that you can’t have quiet moments, but I want people to have this adrenaline-fueled experience at home.”

Ghost has a price on his head. His list of enemies continues to grow. And his timecard looks all but punched. What will go down in Season 3 of POWER? We’re not sure, but we get a better idea of how things will unfold with a brand-new trailer.
