After a few years removed from releasing new material with his clique, The Day Laborers, John Reilly is back, refocused and recharged — an in full-on go mode. The talented East Meadow, New York rap scribe initially took his brief hiatus to put more attention on life’s curveballs, dealing with lots of grief; including “everything from death of loved ones, to fatherhood.”

These tribulations ultimately became the catalyst for a new wave of creativity and inspiration. November of 2015 brought us the first taste of John’s sharpened sword and pen since deciding to go solo, with the release of the party-rockin’ single “Do That Sh*t,” followed by the Rich Quick-featured “Bully Pulpit.”

Today, we’re proud to premiere John’s brand new EP, Standing in the Face of Time, out via Platformz Music and produced entirely by Rediculus. Stream it below and redline those speakers.
