While it’s been a long time since we’ve gotten new music from Donald Glover’s Childish Gambino persona, he’s been hard at work developing his new FX series, Atlanta. Originally rumored for a summer release, it was officially announced the show would premiere in September during Game 1 of the NBA Finals Thursday night.

The news came in a 30-second spot featuring the show’s three main characters walking forward down the street while everyone else is moving in reverse. It featured Tame Impala’s “Same Ol’ Mistakes,” which Rihanna later covered on ANTI.

The show follows the lead character (Glover) and his cousin trying to promote and succeed in the Atlanta rap scene, which, if you’ve paid attention to rap over the last two decades, is one of the hottest and most influential scenes in the country. Just remember: “I’m all about that paper, boy.”
