Over a year removed from dropping The Album About Nothing, Wale announces he’ll drop a new mixtape, Summer On Sunset, on Friday.
Inspired by his recent move out to Los Angeles, Mr. Folarin shared a trailer for the project starring a voiceover from none other than frequent collaborator — it’s still weird to type that — Jerry Seinfeld. “I heard you’re moving out to L.A. to clear your head. Oh, my God. There’s very little clear head out there,” he warns. “Don’t ever change.”
Over the past couple months, Wale’s kept a steady output with singles “Reminisce,” “Her Wave” and “My PYT,” which is the first single from his upcoming album, SHINE.
