Last week, we finally got the first sampling of Usher and The Roots’ set at the Roots Picnic concert in Philadelphia a couple weeks ago. While it wasn’t an original Usher song, the “No Limit” singer brought out Yuna to perform their duet, “Crush,” with a little help from Questlove and the team.
Today, though, Okayplayer, who documented the Picnic, share the first clip of Usher singing an original tune with The Roots, and it comes in the form of “Nice & Slow.” The Roots also weaved in a performance of “Break You Off,” with Black Thought taking the stage for raps while Usher took on Musiq Soulchild’s part.

Kehlani, who also held court there, ran through some of her popular You Should Be Here single, including “The Way” (sans Chance The Rapper).
