Compton’s AD & Sorry Jaynari shot this video for their effort By The Way, and then shots rang out…
While YG, Jaynari and AD were filming their video in Compton, someone let their gun ring off nearby. While there were no injured people, police ultimately found both a handgun and shell casings that belonged to an AK-47. Fortunately, it didn’t quell the video from being completed… and AD spoke to the DopeHouse about the situation:
“The video shoot is a reminder to the world that even though our city is trying to unify as a whole… the madness still lurks.”
