The thing about Russ not compiling any of these singles he’s dropped in the last two years onto a project is it doesn’t really constrain him to meeting any deadlines of marketing said project with visuals. So for his newest video, the Atlanta native reaches back 11 months ago to bring “Pull the Trigger” back to the present.
A bit more cinematic than his “Do It Myself” visual, Russ details a relationship and shady deal gone awry as he somehow finds his way escaping gunfire and, eventually, pulling the trigger to save himself — because no one else was gonna do it for him.
