With close affiliations to Cage, Vast Aire and Camu Tao, plus a heavy background in the underground graffiti scene, Middletown, New York emcee Space is anything but an outsider to Hip-Hop culture.
Raised during the late 90s and early 2000s, Space — whom cites Wu-Tang, Jimi Hendrix and punk rock as major influences — is readying for the release of his debut solo EP appropriately dubbed Music Matters, due out on independent label Nature Sounds.
Before the EP’s release, Space introduces himself to the denizens of the House of Dope with the project’s title-track, which you can hear below.
