Last month, a trailer for Toro y Moi’s Live From Trona concert film graced the DopeHouse, with some nice ariel shots and a jam-packed stage in a vast desert.

“I think the desert is one of those places that’s always going to have that stigma attached to it,” Chaz Bundick told Live Nation in a recent interview about the film. “It’s always going to be a soul-searching type of location, mostly because it’s this giant, vast, dead piece of land that has small parts of life popping up here and there. I think that’s a good way to look at life in general. There will always be something continuing, even when it feels like there’s nothing.”

The concert was put on by Vimeo, and more than three hours performing (and landscape footage) were jam packed into an album just under an hour long. He performed songs from Samantha, What For? and other projects.

You can stream the experience below, and head to Vimeo to watch/buy the concert film. Download the project on iTunes.
