Over the last week, Bon Iver, Apollo Brown & Skyzoo and Danny Brown have joined BANKS in dropping their albums on September 30.
The second single from The Altar, “Gemini Feed,” has now gotten a visual, and it follows the masochistic themes of the first — “Fuck With Myself.”
The LA singer/songwriter is entangled with ropes and leather boundaries in the video. When she premiered the song with Annie Mac, BANKS said the album is meant to make people feel empowered. The lyrics and visuals have followed suit, as BANKS has come off as dominant and in control of the situation and her feelings throughout both singles.
