French Montana’s ‘MC4’ Has Been Delayed

French Montana took to Twitter to announce his next album, MC4 — that was supposed to drop this Friday alongside Tory Lanez — will be delayed.

He attributed the delay to sample clearances.

MC4 has seen four singles drop so far: “Figure It Out” featuring Nas and Kanye West, “Lockjaw” featuring Kodak Black, “Said N Done” featuring A$AP Rocky and “No Shopping” with Drake, which contained a diss toward Joe Budden that fueled his attack toward the Toronto rapper.

Whether or not the album was delayed three days before it was supposed to drop because some of the samples hadn’t been cleared yet, the album hasn’t been pushed back to a specific date yet.

You can still pre-order the album on iTunes.
