However, reality checks came once again in the brutal murders of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, and Tip decided to use his voice to incite change and speak his mind on the civil injustices throughout society. Instead, he will now release the EP Us or Else.
That project is fronted by the incendiary “We Will Not,” and the song now has a video. The visual is loaded with various images while Tip’s socially conscious lyrics paint aural pictures throughout.
