I must say, I’ve been a fan of Supastition since the North Carolina rapper dropped his sophomore album, Chain Letters in 2005 — an era which blessed us with albums from Little Brother, Foreign Exchange, Strange Fruit Project and De La Soul’s underrated mixtape compilation, The Impossible: Mission TV Series – Pt. 1.
So it’s always nice to spot an appearance from Supa here at the DopeHouse, even if it’s a rare occasion. After appearing on Portland, Oregon rapper Jake Kost’s “The Kost of Reked Supras” single with Reks last month, the three reunite for the official video.
The single will appear on Jake’s forthcoming LP titled Stadluft Macht Frei, which is German for “City Air Makes You Free.”
