There aren’t many people I’m more excited to get a project from over the rest of the year than Sampha. The British singer released Process‘ second single, “Blood On Me,” Wednesday months after sharing “Timmy’s Prayer.” But with promotion surrounding Sampha seeming to ramp up, it seems we’ll get Process sooner rather than later.
Sunday, a new interview with the producer/singer with air on OTHERtone radio on Beats 1 with Pharrell and Scott Vener.
The show put up some previews of the interview, though, where they discuss Sampha meeting Kanye West (he appeared on “Saint Pablo“) and Rick Rubin and the beginnings of his producing and singing efforts.
