Later tonight (September 16th) Mac Miller will release his anticipated fourth studio album, The Divine Feminine. Powered by what some are calling his best song to date, the Anderson .Paak-guested “Dang!,” Miller’s “album about love” aims to thrust him front and center into the upper echelon of today’s top rap acts.

Mac was a guest on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio show earlier today (September 15th). During their conversation he spoke on his collaborative track with Kendrick Lamar on the album, “God Is Fair, Sexy, Nasty,” and he reflected on their relationship together.

“We did a record in 2012 on this mixtape I had [“Fight The Feeling,” from Macadelic]. There was actually a time when Kendrick Lamar was opening for me on tour, but now this one feels like a real moment like we were in the studio together, like we created something.”
