Adrian Younge may be a bit busy handling the music (with Ali Shaheed-Muhammad) for Neftlix’ Luke Cage, but he was quietly working on an entirely different project as well: The Electronique Void (Black Noise).
Out September 23rd, Younge describes his project as an electronic-based “academic album” inspired by the works of German electronic band Kraftwerk. The first offering, “The Concept Of Love,” offers listeners an early exposure into Younge’s didactic world, and can be heard below.
