Tuesday night, President Obama hosted his final State Dinner, where various countries come to get woo’ed by America’s finest chefs and entertainment.
While they didn’t perform, Chance the Rapper and Frank Ocean were brought along as guests. Chance brought his dad, Ken Bennett, who worked with the president back in Chicago years before he was inducted to the Senate, as his plus one, and Frank Ocean brought his mom while wearing a pair of checker Vans. Steezy.
During Obama’s tenure, people like Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige and NeYo have performed at Obama’s 13 dinners. The last dinner hosted Italy, where Mario Batali catered the event and Gwen Stefani performed.
