As she prepares to release her sixth studio album, Here, on November 4th, Alicia Keys teams with TIDAL for a short film, “The Gospel.”
Premiered during New York’s Tribeca Film Festival earlier in 2016, IndieWire describes the doc as “a pair of loosely arranged short films set to her music.”
“‘The Gospel’ “really represents the New York that I grew up in, and the New York that I saw,” Keys explained about the film. The short is composed of four chapters, telling stories of four individuals who are growing up in New York City.
