Over this weekend at the ComplexCon convention in Long Beach, Complex’s Joe La Puma filmed a couple live Sneaker Shopping segments.
French Montana and Vince Staples — a Long Beach native — both ran through Complex’s makeshift store, where they had tons of Air Force 1’s and Jordan’s lining the walls.
French talked about the hundreds on hundreds of Nikes he’s owned over the years and how he has a pair of shoes for every outfit. Vince was a nice compliment to that, saying he wears a lot of Converse because he doesn’t want to wear anything the common fan can’t look at what he’s wearing, want it, then afford it.
