Tay Sean’s unique brand and flavor of experimental Hip-Hop can be attributed to his work with the likes of Shabazz Palaces, THEESatisfaction and Nacho Picasso, with perhaps a hint of Digable Planets’ avant-garde, radical take on Jazz thrown in for good measure.
A few months ago, the 29-year-old Seattle artist, who has shared the stages with Snoop Dogg and Thundercat released his LP Leavings, which was also very light on features, with one guest spot taken by JusMoni.
Today, Tay shares his Noah Porter-directed short film bearing the album’s title, which also features a cameo from Home Skool representative/Kris Kasanova-associated Seattle rapper Jarv Dee.
