North Carolina continues to power up through the ranks of Hip-Hop’s most powerful, influential states.
Mike Astrea and Rapper Shane, who make up the duo Deep 6 Division, reached out to talented vocalist Carly Astrea (with both Mike and Carly creating music under their side project Astrea Corp) for their new single and video, “Frequencies,” set off by moody, atmospheric ambient sounds which slowly crescendos into trip-hop territory before Mike and Shane shatter surrounding glass walls with their explosive bars.
