It’d be nice to hear a full project from Migos’ Quavo, because I’m usually most encapsulated or energized when listening to a song when he’s rapping. His newest effort, “Shine,” lands at just over two minutes, but it details lessons learn from his mom how he’s translated them to fame.
“Most of these n*ggas, they’ll do anything for the spotlight,” he raps, noting it’s on him if he doesn’t catch the snakes around him because his mom told him “they’ll turn on you for the spotlight.”
