Ab-Soul’s surprised this week announcing he’d drop his new album, Do What Thou Wilt, on Monday.
In an active week before the drop, he debuted “Threatening Nature” on Monday, the tracklist on Tuesday, “D.R.U.G.S.” on Wednesday and today, a detailed interview on Hot97.
While there, he talked to Ebro, Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez about dropping the same day as J. Cole and CJ Fly, his relationship with Top Dawg Entertainment, being in the GRAMMY discussion, playing a father figure to Yaris Sanchez’s kid and more.
He also talked about how he feels about Lil Yachty, which, though he feels the same way as Ebro, he agrees kids like Yachty are “the fountain of youth.”
