There may be large breaks between many of his releases, but it’s surprisingly normal for the one known as Vampire Hunter J. After all, the veteran New York emcee is known for focusing on “The Best Part.”
Within the last year, J-Live made a quick appearance on Gensu Dean’s RAW LP. Outside of that, his last sighting was with 2015’s “Ya Momma So Black.”
A few days ago, the triple-threat artist delivered a brand new album, At The Date Of This Writing (Vol. 1), released exclusively on Bandcamp. The 14-track project, which also includes seven instrumentals will serve as the first in a series of mixtape that the rapper plans on releasing.
