Late last year, Masta Ace celebrated the 20th anniversary of his group’s (Masta Ace Inc.) sophomore album, Sittin’ on Chrome by releasing a reissue of his 2004 solo LP A Long Hot Summer. The reissue, distributed by Below System Records was accompanied by two bonus songs: “Globetrotter” and “GMO.”

Now, just in time for Christmas celebrations tomorrow, Ace (born Duval Clear) has teamed up with GoPro to shoot and release a video for “Good Ol’ Love” — a fan favorite single off A Long Hot Summer featuring incredible sample-chopping and production from 9th Wonder.

The video was shot entirely on a GoPro (and edited by Jelle Smid) and shows Ace’s POV as he performs around the world, plus a few engaging behind-the-scenes footage. The video also features cameos from his eMC cohorts Wordsworth and Stricklin, plus Reks, Pearl Gates, and Da Angry Merch Guy.

Speaking of the Juice Crew, the Queensbridge group will reunite once again on Dec. 29th in NYC (tickets here) and in New Jersey on Dec. 30th (tickets here) — while on Dec. 4th, Ace will celebrate his 50th born day at (Le) Poisson Rouge (tickets).
