ESPN2’s flagship show, First Take, made its move to ESPN today (January 3rd), and to commemorate the occasion the home of Stephen A. Smith, Max Kellerman and Molly Qerim invited Wale and Lil Wayne to their debate table.
As well as talking about the state of two NFC East teams, Washington [redacted] and the New York Giants, Wayne and Wale debuted their new collaborative single “Running Back” with a performance on the show. The single is slated to land on Wale’s upcoming album, SHINE. The song is a remix of Wale’s original First Take theme song, “Every Word Great.”
A few weeks ago, the two shot a video for the single for Wale’s upcoming fifth studio release. A behind-the-scenes look at the clip can be seen below.
