And, in today’s “Yeah, Right” news…

Birdman, owner of the Best Interview Of 2016, was a guest on Travi$ Scott and Chase B’s Beats 1 show, .WAV Radio, which is scheduled to air January 6th. During his conversation with the two, Lil Wayne was brought up; or, more specifically, the whereabouts of his album Tha Carter V.

His answer was surprising.

“It’s definitely coming out,” the Bird said. “The situation with me and my son, I’m going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward. Wayne is one of the best artists ever to do the game, and I want to see him continue to do what he been doing, and I’m going to support whatever he’s doing.”

That “situation” would be the $51 million lawsuit Wayne filed against Birdman in 2015. Also — and here’s where the “Yeah, Right” part comes in — Birdman ceased negotiations to let Wayne free after Weezy shouted out Roc-A-Fella Records during a concert appearance.

However, in a Facebook post Wayne did say that he planned to release three projects in 2017: Funeral, The Dedication 6 and Tha Carter V.
