Getting Action Bronson on your late-night television show is a good idea. It helps he’s got something to promote — a couple television shows on VICELAND — but he’s also one of the more personable and open people who’ll make their way to late-night TV.
Thursday night Bronson stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers, and he cooked black truffle burgers.
Starting with a glass of celebratory red wine, he and Seth discussed the process of packing the meat for the burger, what to season it with, the cheese to use, toasting the bun and topping the burger with black truffle. Then he made a dessert — vanilla ice cream drizzled with honey, olive oil and white truffle. I’ll take two, please.
