After teaming with the legendary DJ Quik for their excellent Rosecrans project, Problem will return in 2017 with his long-in-the-works mixtape Chachiville.
“It was crafted while I was on my #LitLifeTour last summer,” Problem explains, “recorded mainly in different hotel rooms across the country. It serves as my break away from the nonsense that has been taking place in the world and within music.”
A twelve-track effort that will be released on January 20th, the Compton rapper sets things off with a dual video for the songs “Betta Watch Yo Self” and “Light Work.” With an appearance from actor Tyrin Turner (Meet the Blacks, Menace II Society), the dark visuals can be seen below.
