Since breaking out in 2009, some people have felt that Drake has become a permanent fixture on the radio.

As it turns out, those people could not have been more right.

Since landing his very first top-ten hit, “Best I Ever Had,” in May of 2009, Drizzy has not left the Billboard Hot 100 since. That means that, at the time of this piece, Drake has been on the Billboard charts for four hundred consecutive weeks, or 7 2/3 years. No other artist have even come close: Lil Wayne tails at a distant second with 326 weeks, Rihanna at 216, and Nicki Minaj at 207.

This information was revealed by the Twitter handle Chart Data, a stat-collecting account.

With VIEWS doing what it did in 2016, and “Fake Love” recently reaching the top spot on Billboard’s Rhythmic Songs Chart, Drake’s streak will not come to an end any time soon.
